I have just begun my Year 12 Design & Technology Major Work project, where I need to identify a need or opportunity in society and create a product to solve it. I am super passionate about surfing and I am interested in creating a project related to the surfing community.... 07.01.2022 The Whole Club had an awesome Tag Team Fun Day to end our awesome year @anteater71 led the way with the no rules mayhem. Random mixed teams enjoyed perfect friendly shallows and everyone was a winner. FORMAT: Random teams of 8 (if poss, 1 surfer from each category) U12’s (incl. Comp Director Northy, pulled a rabbit out of a hat to deliver us sensational conditions from what looked like an ordinary morning. Clean, predictable 3-5 foot Yalls provided conditions that suited all Divisions and helped them gain confidence at Mainbreak. The Supergroms and Junior Girls embraced the opportunity with some maiden surfs beyond the reef. ... Head Judge @duke guided the team giving us WQS insight. Liz Pearson provided an epic bbq. 01.01.2022 Hi Team Yalls, We are getting closer to being able to resume Comps - it’s hoped this will be confirmed in the Govt’s Phase 3 Restrictions in the coming weeks - fingers crossed!! We are working with @cityofbusselton and @surfingWA to do the righty. The Committee has been continuing to work away behind the scenes during the lockdown. We’ve met on Zoom and have organised funding and acquittal, distributed T-shirt’s, ordered new tents, speakers and a trailer (special announcement... on the trailer soon but we will Leaver it at this for now...). Pumped to see you all getting stuck into the Autumn conditions of late!
