We have just restocked our shelves with prosciutto wrapped Grace (the perfect fondue when melted) and Camembert (just add slices of garlic and thyme and bake) so if your in the south west this weekend, pop by and grab one for dinner tonight! 08.01.2022 Nothing excites us more than when kids come into our shop and adore our cheese! Its a great time of year to engage even the fussiest of eaters with some beautiful cheese dishes that the whole family can enjoy! Try incorporating a selection of Gruyere, Cheddar and Mozzarella into a toasted sandwich with some caramelized onion and ham.... A basic baked cheese like our Grace wrapped in prosciutto is always a favourite. Just bake in the oven until it resembles fondue and let kids scoop the stretchy melted cheese with crusty bread. And for those kids who like something a bit stronger, try baking a camembert with some garlic and rosemary and serve with a warm baguette. Its never too early (or late) to get kids eating a wide range of cheeses. Pop into our tasting room and pick up a selection of cheese that the whole family can enjoy. We are open 10-5pm Wednesday to Sunday.

02.01.2022 The simple act of sharing Cheese, Wine and laughter with great friends is one of life's great pleasures. With restrictions lifting it has been wonderful to see so many people visiting the South West and supporting our local businesses. Our new Cheese Grazing boards and toasted sandwiches have been walking out the door and are the perfect way to enjoy our fabulous seasonal cheeses whilst checking out the local sights.... We are open 10:00-5:00PM Wednesday through Sunday for cheese sales! We also have the glorious wines from Goon Tycoons and Wulura Olive Oil sales onsite so come in for your 1 stop shop for all things local and delicious.

Especially our Grace pressed curd Designed to bake in the oven, turning the cheese all oozy and fondue like and the meat crispy and crunchy.
