24.01.2022 PARCELS: As we approach Christmas, the post office begins to receive a high volume of parcels. As we are all aware sometimes parcels are delivered to the wrong address (very frustrating)- when we have been made aware of these errors, we have contacted the mail center to inform them of this issue to hopefully avoid these errors taking place again in the future. Recently we have had 6 x of our own Parcels (addressed to Myself) delivered to Kelso Road by mistake. Disappointingly... all of these parcels have been opened before being returned. If you receive a parcel that is not addressed to you or your address please kindly contact (the Yallourn North Post Office) and we will arrange for the mail center to pick the package up to deliver it to the correct address. As a common courtesy please refrain from opening other peoples parcels. Thanks for your understanding. Amy :)
