The health and wellbeing of our customers and team members is therefore at the forefront of everything we do. With the outbreak of COVID-19, we would like to update you on our response to the situation, to ensure we can continue to provide critical services... to our communities. In-store services Our pharmacists will continue to be available to provide advice to customers, however, physical contact may be reduced, and any non-essential services may cease in the short term. Key services such as flu vaccinations will continue to be available in participating stores. The vaccine is available in many states now contact your local store to make a booking for your flu vaccination. Store contact details can be found on our Store Locator page. Hygiene practices Our stores have strict hygiene practices that are adhered to everyday, however, additional steps are being taken to keep team members and customers safe. These include increasing the frequency of hand sanitisation and cleaning of key areas within the store such as the pharmacy dispensing area, checkouts and eftpos pin pads. Stock availability and prescriptions For those customers who have experienced difficultly in purchasing COVID-19 related items in store, we apologise. We are working hard with our teams and suppliers to maintain supply of product to our stores and customers. To effectively manage your prescriptions during this time, we recommend you contact your local Pharmacist, who will be able to give you advice.
