24.01.2022 Happy Easter Yamba parkrunners! How are you all holding up? Are you still walking or running? Doing any other exercise? ... Have you still got a job to go to? How’s homeschooling going? 18.01.2022 It is very important that we do not go to our parkrun course this Saturday. a) Because it's not the right thing to do for people's health. b) Because it will look like the parkrun family doesn't care about everyone's health.... Please everyone do our bit for community health!

15.01.2022 Yamba parkrun Event number 252 14th March 2020 This week 75 people ran, jogged and walked the course, of whom 13 were first timers and 17 recorded new Personal Bests. Representatives of 7 different clubs took part.... The event was made possible by 9 volunteers: Mardi DUNBAR Jess CAUSLEY Tahlia CAUSLEY Dale LINDSAY Rick LINDSAY Skye MCKENNY Katie BECKER Tennyson BECKER Kennith ADAMS Today's full results and a complete event history can be found on the Yamba parkrun Results Page. The female record is held by Celia SULLOHERN who recorded a time of 16:11 on 10th February 2018 (event number 145). The male record is held by Lindsey WALL who recorded a time of 15:31 on 7th July 2018 (event number 166). The Age Grade course record is held by Celia SULLOHERN who recorded 91.45% (16:11) on 10th February 2018 (event number 145). Yamba parkrun started on 21st March 2015. Since then 2,890 participants have completed 12,253 parkruns covering a total distance of 61,265 km, including 1,676 new Personal Bests. A total of 198 individuals have volunteered 1,964 times.

13.01.2022 Congratulations to Margie Olsen. Margie completed her walking alphabet with us yesterday. Meaning she has walked a parkrun starting with every single letter of the alphabet. How impressive is that?... Almost as impressive as the alphabet she has already completed. She has also volunteered the whole alphabet. It’s was an honour to have her join us.

03.01.2022 Dress ups for our 5th birthday is dress like a 5 year old. Ideas: Mismatched clothing.... Super hero outfits. Piggy-tails. Glitter and sparkles. Disney. You don’t have to dress up like a 5 year, you can dress up anyway you like. Or don’t dress up at all. As long as you come. Please bring friends and family. Let’s see if we can get 100 participants. 100 people would be the best birthday present to ourselves.
