25.01.2022 THE SILLY SEASON IS HERE Roast potatoes, Pavlova, never ending glasses of Prosecco ... SOUNDS YUM! But if you’re trying to resist the festive bloat, here's a few tips you can try to prevent things getting out of hand; Resist grazing between meals... skip the snacks. Slow down... eat mindfully.... Choose your drinks wisely ... bubbles = bloating. Keep hydrated... break up alcohol intake with water. Take a brisk walk.... or do some sort of group activity - family cricket match anyone? Get back to normal with a balanced meal... try to not spend a week eating leftovers in large portions. Sleep it off.... if you've had a few extra late nights & parties, allow yourself to get some good rest. MOST IMPORTANTLY - Don't feel guilty, it's BEEN A YEAR?! And we all deserve a bit of fun!

24.01.2022 PHIL DID IT! He completed the 60km, and grew a pretty fine moustache... MUG SHOTS PROVIDED FOR PROOF. It was gone the minute November finished, much to the disappointment of the crew from his Men's Fitness Class. Phil, with your help, also raised $1000 towards important research for Men's Health. Congratulations Phil! And thank you to everyone who donated (or gave him a bit of good natured mocking. )... Until next year?! #movember2020 #moustache #menshealthawareness #yambaphysio #Macleanphysio #clarencevalley
