08.01.2022 Livestream yoga tomorrow: 7.30am gentle hatha... we are going to flow through a few more Surya namaskara than usual. Slowly and mindfully to gently warm up the body. These will be followed by a focus on balance postures for some stillness after the sun salutes. 3pm is the intermediate class. We will move deeper into the hips and lower back.
