04.01.2022 Dear Patients, OUR CLINIC IS CURRENTLY OPEN TO PROVIDE EMERGENCY RELIEF & ESSENTIAL CARE TO OUR PATIENTS. REST ASSURED THAT WE ARE STANDING BY OUR COMMUNITY IN THESE DIFFICULT TIMES, AND THAT YOUR SAFETY AND WELL-BEING ARE OUR MAIN PRIORITIES.... We have been closely monitoring the situation and staying across the official health and workplace advice provided by the Department of Health & The Australian Dental Association. While we have always had strict hygiene practices and cleaning standards in place, as a precaution, we have introduced many additional measures to reduce the risk and support a safe environment. * Hand sanitisers readily available for patients and staff * Use of gloves, surgical face masks, and surgical face shields during dental procedures * Patient triage before and upon arrival in the clinic * Temperature checks for all patients and staff * Hydrogen peroxide mouth rinse before all dental procedures * Rubber dam isolation * Minimising aerosol generating procedures * Deferring all routine and non urgent dental procedures until further advice from the health department * We have reinforced strict measures for our staff to monitor their health, and if they feel unwell, they must remain at home. * Patients & anyone they bring along (including children) are not allowed to enter the building if they have been overseas within the past 14 days. Our team will continue to monitor the situation & keep you informed with any updates. We would like to thank all members of our front desk team, dental assistants, dentists and support staff who, despite the government restrictions and very stressful working conditions, are continuing to show up at work every day to look after our community and perform their duty of care. This ensures that patients needing urgent dental treatment are looked after, and will help alleviate pressure on public dental services and hospital emergency rooms. Thank you for your understanding and support and we look forward to seeing you soon.
