24.01.2022 A big congratulations to U9 Ashleigh Fox, our one and only athlete competing in the Little Athletics State Cross Country Champs on the Weekend! Ashleigh came 8th, a fantastic result! Ashleigh has continued training all through winter and her running is just getting stronger and stronger. Well done Ash! Bring on the Summer Season!!!

It was so great to see all our athletes giving it their absolute best in the relays and The Hunt. Loved seeing the different age groups and genders work together to achieve some amazing results!! We came equal 3rd overall which is a fantastic achievement for our little club

It’s very important all parents attend on Thursday to be given this overview so when you are on roster you are aware of the rules of each event.

Coaches would need to have a minimum qualification of Level 1 Community Athletics Coach (1 day course) and a Working With Children Check. 05.01.2022 Perth Childrens Hospital All Age Relay 2019 Ridgewood LAC, as a centre, fundraise for Perth Childrens Hospital by holding a Club vs Club relay. Participation ...in the relay is a gold coin donation and we look forward to all athletes participating. Please ensure athletes arrive early enough to be ready and on the track by 7:45am for the relay to take place at 8:00am. Individual clubs will also be holding fundraising events with all money raised going to PCH.
