23.01.2022 We have around 40 cubic meters of clean fill (some small rocks and minor vegetation) at our yard in Yanchep, it’s ideal for backfilling walls, garden beds etc. Not suitable for lifting blocks due to the vegetation. It’s free if you collect! By appointment only though please, just call on 0405 243235. Unable to deliver at the moment due to high demand for our tipper.

22.01.2022 IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT REGARDING CLUB CAPRICORN CLOSURE As Capricorn Yanchep’s preferred maintenance contractor we have been tasked with ensuring the safe closure of the Club Capricorn driveway and surrounding perimeter fencing. This will occur this coming Monday 24th May between 2-3pm.... Heavy machinery will be operational within the area after this date to enable the foreshore works to take place, please do not attempt to enter this area as it will be unsafe to do so. As blocks of land become smaller so does the access, this tough little Kubota excavator will fit though a gap of just over 700mm wide! 13.01.2022 This client needed to reduce the BAL rating (bushfire attack level) before building their new home with @gemmillhomes they called in Yanchep Maintenance and we’ve undercut some trees, cleared the scrub and grasses and with the help of @swifttrees cleared and chipped a large Tuart tree, all waste was removed from site, on time and on budget exactly as we quoted. (Note some further works will be carried out by the local fire department)

13.01.2022 Government will be handing out $25k for owner occupied new builds and for renovations over $150k..... This will surely help stimulate a bit of work for the tradies and some land sales and local growth, combine this with our local rail line extension works, upcoming freeway extension, dueling of Marmion Ave, future foreshore redevelopment at Club Cap, future restaurant/bar at the old surf club, then surely the future is bright for Yanchep and surrounding areas!
