25.01.2022 Life for our youth can be complex and more challenging now than ever. As a community and especially as parents we want to give our children the best experiences and skills possible to support for the greatest start in life. To support our local community we are inviting our local children to a 2 day event (Saturday and Sunday) to equip them with some vital skills to help them build their mental resilience to support them to navigate life.

21.01.2022 We will be undertaking "Virtual" Wreath Laying for ANZAC Day 2020. Due to the COVID restrictions we will be asking that floral tributes be delivered directly to the cenotaph. We understand that this is not ideal, but it is important that we ensure the safety of all involved and be compliant with current requirements. We are working with Katey from Twig & Grace who has been supplying us with beautiful and affordable floral tributes for years. 13.01.2022 Life for our kids is getting harder to navigate. Unfortunately the children of Veterans, with mental health challenges have a higher incidence of problems themselves. Here's a great event to help them build mental resilience, confidence and leadership skills in a fun and playful environment. The weekend workshop is for 7-12 yrs and here on the Sunshine Coast. The subsidised price makes the event super-affordable at only $50 for both days and there a fully sponsored places available if required . 11.01.2022 Join us for this inclusive and moving commemoration as part of Remembrance Day services and activities for the wider Sunshine Coast Community. Due to COVID-19 restrictions, the Remembrance Concert cannot play to an audience in person this year, and instead, will be live-streamed via Facebook on Saturday 7th November 2020, from 1:50pm. The free concert performance can be watched live on the day, or at a later date, (including Remembrance Day) via Legacy Sunshine Coast’s Facebook Page.

The event is scheduled specifically for Veterans families and is subsided to make it super-affordable with payment options if needed.
