25.01.2022 3 in a row and more to come from the Yandina Raiders. The hard work and countless hours of training are finally paying off as we come together as a team and defeat teams we have often struggled to defeat. Last weekend we won against Palmwoods 20-10 and this week we are taking on Kilcoy to claim our 4th straight win. #yearoftheraiders

25.01.2022 Another massive weekend for the Yandina Raiders and definitely one to go down in the history books We had our coach Dizza slightly stressed after the first half was over as we were down 24-10, but as per usual he remained calm in front of the boys and instilled some key messages of dedication and skill. With this the boys took to the field, gave everything they had and managed to score a few tries to even the score 30-30, and just as the siren sounded for game over we rec...eived a penalty and got a kick from the sideline, from here it was either win or draw. We got the kick and won with the full time score of 32-30 against Kilcoy. To say we are proud is an understatement. We have worked so hard these last few weeks and to see the effort paying off is priceless. It has been a long time coming and we are pumped to see where the rest of the season takes us. A few congratulations have to go to Eugene smith who kicked the winning goal, Ika Faaoa our front rower who out of nowhere put a kick up on the 5th tackle to create a try, BJ Roberts-Davis for getting 3 tries during the game and Rowdy Coleman who lead the boys and kept them determined and under control during the game. Our 3,2,1s for the game were BJ Roberts-Davis, Blake Snow and Rowdy Coleman. We have so much skill, determination and heart this year and we are stocked to show our supporters what we can do. #yearoftheraiders SHARE SO WE CAN BE SEEN

24.01.2022 With the Yandina Raiders 2020 rugby season quickly approaching we cannot wait to get back into the swing of things! Join us tomorrow night the 28th of November for our first Pre-Season training run. Come down and meet the players, coaching staff and committee involved in the club. 5:30-7pm run around with a BBQ and a few beverages afterwards. See you there

24.01.2022 Tonight we did our last team run before this weekend. The boys have remained composed as they prepare for this massive game. No more training can prepare them and it is now up to them to give their maximum effort to ensure a win. #yearoftheraiders

Full bar and canteen provided + raffles on the day. After the team will be heading down to the Yandina Hotel where they will be providing entertainment for the night.

22.01.2022 IMPORTANT INFO Unfortunately the 1:30pm game we were hosting has been cancelled due to various reasons. Bribie made the call this morning to forfeit the game against Palmwoods. The good news is. The Yandina Raiders will still be playing at 3:00pm against Kawana, and we can’t wait to see you there... With the first game scheduled for mid March , It is time to dust off the boots and start pre season training. Training will commence on Tuesday the 14th of January. Yandina is a club with a very proud history and has a very close community spirit . We look forward to seeing you at training . Everyone is welcome. 17.01.2022 Our page has been a bit neglected lately so I took some time out tonight to go through and find a few pictures over the last few years. From our 2011 team all the way through to our current Yandina Raiders. If you have ever been a part of our club you would know what an honor it is to play in the Green & Gold. The sweat, time, dedication and devotion of every player each and every year is what has kept this club alive. We are not just a team and for us its not just a game of rugby league. We are a brother hood and this year we will make everyone who has ever worn a Raiders jersey proud. This is the year we bring it home. One speed: Fast. One goal: Win. One way: Together.

16.01.2022 The drought has finally been broken and Yandina Raiders have managed to take away their second win of the season beating Pomona-Cooran 24-16. This win is a massive deal for our players as it shows the hard work and commitment of the team is finally paying off. Our confidence has been lifted and we know now we are capable of anything. A massive shout out to our Players Player, Eugene Smith who scored two run away tries. Plus our 3,2,1s Billy Oxenham, Eugene Smith and Michael OHalleron who play outstanding footy on the day.

14.01.2022 Another action packed weekend for the Yandina Raiders as we secured our 7th straight win beating Mary-Valley 26-20. These wins have been a massive deal to us and has proved that the hard work and determination that has been instilled in the team is finally paying off. Congratulations to our 3,2,1s Michael OHalloran, Jason Werder and Austin Coleman. Also another big congratulations to our Players Player Mitch Schlakier.

13.01.2022 ATTENTION What an amazing year it has been for the Yandina Raiders, and although the season has not yet come to an end we have to look back on how far we have come together as a team. We cannot believe the determination and outstanding efforts everyone has put in to ensure we get the most out of this year. We have made it to the Minor-Semis and will be playing Palmwoods this Saturday the 10th of August at 1:15pm at Beachmere.... We would love to see our supporters there as we battle our way one step closer to the grand final.

13.01.2022 As you all would know already that footy has been canned for all grades this year juniours may go ahead later on. This is a huge shame simply because I love rugby league I love our club and all the players who come through it. This dose not mean its all over for 2020 as a group of mates we are going to still have some gatherings touch footy at the oval maybe once a week up to you guys. BBQs in the park on weekends when we are aloud to move freely again. For the new guys at ou...r club you have joined a players club its not run by a board of nobodies its susscess relies on you i make a few decisions along the way to steer the ship but your commitment to the game is the winner for your team mates and at the end yes the club. We started so good and was very excited for the year ahead lets not loose that heading in 2021. Im personally missing the groupe and look forward to you guys throwing some ideas at us to have some fun. To a small group of people who sponsor our players club your commitment to us is second to none and have totally floated us through this craziness. 12.01.2022 These were the final moments before the Yandina Raiders played the biggest game of the season, the pressure was on and we knew it. From endless tackles and defence through to some amazing runs and trys we managed to get the win against Palmwoods, with the final score of 28-24. A huge congratulations to the whole team and some individual shoutouts have to go to BJ Roberts-Davis, Ricky Brown, Tyson Boston, Ethan Reilly and Rowdy Coleman who all scored trys on the day. Anothe...r shoutout to Eugene Smith who converted 4/5 goals on the day. Finally a big mention goes to BJ Robert-Davis, Ethan Reilly and Rowdy Coleman who were our 3,2,1s for the game. 03.01.2022 2 weeks of no footy for the Yandina Raiders meant it was the ideal time to get some much needed rest while recovering from any setbacks that we have had. The boy have been putting in the hard yards, while Dizza has upped the training sessions to ensure the boys are playing to their full potential.
