06.01.2022 This position is based at Emu Vale (4371) and Surrounding Areas - with possible travel between our Legume property; approximately 70km apart. This position would suit a mature person with a minimum of 3 years’ experience as Farm/Handy Man with experience on a Farm being critical. You will be required to:... operate small & light rigid trucks, utes, tractors & machinery, have practical navigation skills/ knowledge around a property, as well as, being mechanically minded. As a close-knit family & business, committed to our local surrounding communities, we like to form long term relationships. Thus, as a Farm & Handy Man, you will be part of a team. Our work is very diverse and you will be working with a variety of trades so there is huge opportunity to grow your skills. This therefore means, that at times, you will be required to help in other property & infrastructure projects with other employees from similar and/or different trades, on and off the property. You will need to provide your own transport (4WD Ute) & basic Tools such as: wheelbarrow, shovel, hammer, nail bag, spanner set etc. You will be required to work a minimum of 3-days per week on average (sequentially). Accommodation can be provided if need be (you will be able to discuss these options during an interview). This position is open to anyone that is keen for consistent work & is willing to learn. 04.01.2022 Yangan back in its Day Good Morning Yesterday an old fashioned motor group visited our small town of Yangan and dropped into the YCC to say hello and have a chat.... Our staff was able to capture the few images below to give you a taste of what the old fashioned atmosphere was like yesterday here at Yangan.
