09.01.2022 Dear Yank Tanks Fans, As everyone know the current COVID-19 situation has led to the cancellation of many events in everyone's lives. While we would love to have our event up and running ASAP it is not currently safe. Until the Queensland Government and the Centre Management are happy to allow large gatherings we will not be able to have our event. Please watch this page for further information.... 09.01.2022 Virtual Yank Tanks Dear Patrons We hope this finds everyone well The current lockdown situation has been exceedingly difficult for everyone and being a car enthusiast with no where to go is particularly frustrating. Cars were made to be driven! Still it is a good time to work on your cars and have them polished up beautifully! We have decided to have a virtual Yank Tanks next month on our usual date second Sunday which is the 10th of May.... Please post pictures of your car(s) ON THE 10th MAY (not before) on the special Yank Tanks Virtual Show and Shine post will be up on the morning of Sunday 10th May. There will be our usual monthly trophy for People’s Choice the car with the most ‘likes’. Tell your friends to ‘like’ your car. We will send the trophy out to the winner. We will have Yank Tanks back in real life once the Government restrictions and Centre Management allow this to happen. In the meantime keep safe and well.
