24.01.2022 Just a friendly reminder to all students that if you are unwell or not feeling 100% to please reschedule you appointment! we are taking the COVID-19 threat very seriously and are taking extra measures to ensure the safety of myself and our students. After each lesson the interior of the car is being completely wiped down as well as any outside door handles with antibacterial wipes.... Hand sanitizer is being used on a regular basis during the lessons also. Windows are kept open to help with airflow and reduces to use of the aircon/heater. Yarra Valley will continue to work through this threat but we are taking every precaution possible to help prevent any infection to us or our students! So please if you are not feeling well please let us know and we are more than happy to reschedule your appointments! Thanks everyone for their support during this time also, as a small local business it’s so important especially during a time like this!

Just a little update in regards to drive tests, they are still suspended at this stage but vicroads will be contacting anyone with an upcoming test with information on what the next step is.... 09.01.2022 It’s with great sadness that I’m announcing the temporary closure of Yarra Valley Driving School, all upcoming tests will be honored while vicroads remains open for tests. We will be back open again once everything calms down. Unfortunately due to the safety reasons of social distancing we have made this difficult decision! ... Xxx

07.01.2022 Hello, as of 10am this morning Vicroads has stopped all drive tests and computer tests until further notice, for all that have any upcoming tests Vicroads will contact you in regards to this! I’ll see everyone on the other side of this, stay safe everyone

05.01.2022 Great news everyone! As of Wednesday the 13th we are able to resume lessons, however I will be limiting lessons and only doing lessons for students with essential exemption tests and upcoming drive tests. At this stage vicroads hasn’t announced what will happen to drive tests in regards to postponed tests and instructors going with you on your test so lessons will be restricted and as soon as we have an update about drive tests we will let you know.... I will still have in place precautions in regards to keeping a clean space using anti bacterial wipes through the car and hand sanitizer supplied and to be used before you step in the car and if you are feeling unwell please contact us and we will reschedule your lesson. 04.01.2022 Hey everyone I just wanted to let you know now we are back open that we have a few changes in place to help protect you and myself from any possible spread of COVID-19. At this stage we will be limiting lessons for students that have upcoming tests only and we will resume any other lessons at a later date. hand sanitizer will be supplied to be used before you step into the car and after the lesson, I will supply you a face mask to be worn during the lessons and you are to ke...ep for future lessons, the car will be cleaned before and after each lesson with antibacterial wipes. If you have: - Traveled over seas or been in contact with anyone from overseas - Been in close contact with someone who has been diagnosed with COVID-19 - Been unwell or shown any COVID-19 symptoms Please let us know and we will be more than happy reschedule your lesson
