All timber work painted before being built ! New guttering to house and patio with corrugated monument sheeting with tinted laser sheeting where required with hand made flashings for the bling !! Full roof restoration with monument coating to match sheeting !! One very happy lady with this outstanding result

07.01.2022 It was six years ago I took this monster on ! 15 k of scaffold went around this 100 plus year old homestead overlooking the Yarra river in Warrandyte ! This was a last ditched attempted from owner as most drove in and out !! We had two weeks to get it done, as it was going to auction on the third week !!Quote excepted and scaffold paid up front and put in place, pressure was put back on me .Two tradies with 50 years combined in industry went about this monster ! 14 days straight and a body that aches from head to toe !! My shoulders have never been the same . I’ve always had a crack at most things and this just told me my limits !! Done dusted and never again as age gets us all ( In roofing terms this is Everest )

Mono clad colour bond sheeting with full clear sheeting as this couple love to sit and read a book with a cuppa !flashings were designed to reach back up into roof cavity and tapered down on to roof sheets for zero water Entry ! Another dry happy customer with a classy finish ta boot

New gutter n down pipes followed up with a full restoration for a outstanding result for miss Pen !! You deserve this with what you and your other colleagues go through every time you get in that ambulance to care for the people of Vitoria not to mention the hours you do ! Thank you Pen
