18.01.2022 Hi All So it's mid August and I haven't posted for a while. As the clinic will be closed from August 10th to September 10th I thought it was time to acknowledge a few important things that have happened in the area so far this year. Yarra Pigeons F & N Club are having another good season. Tunga F & N Club holding their own in a step up in leagues.... Mulwalla youngsters being developed well. Rennie also having a good season. To all the Golfers, keep enjoying these great courses. Look forward to helping you all on our return. A couple of personal notes to acknowledge, Meghan Wood running her PB recently, along with her Sister Stace also performing consistently at the level she does. A big cheer to Brooke Sanderson for finishing her big run as well, enjoy Bali you deserve the break. In fact to all the people who have braved the cold & frosty mornings & nights to be a part of the Sun Runners with Cam & Meghan well done. 01.01.2022 Hi Everyone, just a reminder that the clinic will be closed from June 4th and reopen June 18th. Now with winter upon us, it is important to remember to warm up before any activities whether working at home, the workplace or sport i.e. golf, tennis etc. Also regular soft tissue manipulation or dry needling is a good plan to mitigate any dysfunction that may occur along the way. If you feel an issue has arisen through soreness or tightness the best bet is to have intervention treatment before a more serious problem develops. I look forward to seeing all existing and new clients upon our return. Cheers Steve
