Tuesday 5.15pm intermediates Wednesday 7am -8am slow flow Saturday 8.30am Gen All classes are 1 hour & 15mins. Except Wednesday morning. I hour class. You must book or text Trudy on 0414932140 to book a mat and classes for the week. We have limited space. (please no messenger via Facebook as I don’t often get them thru. So apologies if I haven’t responded via that social.) direct text better and then I’ll add you to the Yoga Tribe text schedule for updates on cancellations / workshops or pop up Classes. please arrive 10mins before class as classes start on time.
