22.01.2022 What to do on a very hot Australia Day? Find a shady place in the garden and wash a couple of ponies. Yarrandale Airlee (C) and her half sister Yarrandale Arielle (D) both seemed to enjoy it. Lucky to get these quick snaps as it was too hot to stand around.

17.01.2022 Lockdown lessons here at Yarrandale. Yarrandale Dahmee, section C mare Synod Aristocrat (imp) dec. x Yarrandale Daffodil by Nattai Pegasus, mouthing and long reining training. She is madam but beautiful nature and a quick learner. Liver Chestnut with 4 white.

12.01.2022 Welsh International Show 2019. Not to be outdone by her dam, Yarrandale Airlee, also flew around the arena to win the Welsh Pony of Cob Type dry mare 4 and under 8 years. Mother /daughter double. Thank you Paul for handling her - great job, your feet did not touch the ground often, few handlers could have kept up with her the way you did.

09.01.2022 Victorian All Welsh Show Yarrandale Ankie backed up her first place in Welsh Pony of Cob Type dry mare class At the Welsh International Show by winning at the Victorian All Welsh. At 20 years young this will be her last show. Perhaps should not say never. Now down at Ealing Park Euroa to go to Tjuringa Dafydd. Thank you Lexi Cesnik for showing her. Also thank you to Peter Hodgson and his team for putting on a great show. It was a most enjoyable weekend.

08.01.2022 Great weekend at Welsh International Show. Yarrandale Ankie flying around the arena to win the Welsh Pony of Cob Type dry mare 8 years and over. Ankie is 20 years young and looking and feeling great. Thank you Chantelle for showing her so well.

08.01.2022 Yarrandale Rockstar Welsh Cob colt (Nawarrah Park INXS x Yarrandale Rikki) supreme Welsh Exhibit at Gunnedah show. Congratulatons Charles and Adam for presenting and showing him so professionally. Thank you to the show society for putting on a full program of Welsh classes. Well done to the other exhibitors. Huge thank you to the judges, stewards and sponsors. Hudson (Rockstar) looks very swish in his Genesis Park trophy rug.

Champion ridden Welsh Pony of Cob type, Champion Led hunter, Champion ridden hunter and then went on to be Supreme ridden hunter of show. Congratulations to Scarlett and Ash Porter. 02.01.2022 Sane people when they semi retire might buy a horse paddock spend a wheelbarrow full of money and develop a productive commercial vineyard. Not here at Yarrandale. We have purchased the vineyard next door. We will spend a wheelbarrow full of money to turn it into horse paddocks. The trees in the background of the second photo are where our house and stables are located.

From 4 shows over the season Airlee has achieved 3 Best Welsh in Hand awards. 02.01.2022 Victorian All Welsh Show Nilton Calypso placed in his two harness classes and one of his led classes. First time in a viceroy and was not sure about it but travelled around kindly.
