19.01.2022 DO YOU HAVE A WILL??? It is important to have a valid Will in place to ensure that you have control over what happens to your assets upon your death, otherwise your estate will be distributed to your relatives according to a legal formula (known as the rules of intestacy). This could be very different from what you want or intend to happen and can cause complications and extra costs for those loved ones left behind.
