21.01.2022 With the encouraging recent news regarding the easing of restrictions in the coming weeks/months we are very hopeful that we will soon again be able to enjoy some amazing food, booze and music together! Unfortunately we aren't there yet as the 10 person cap is designed to get smaller venues trading again but unsustainable for a club of our size We are awaiting the go ahead and further instructions from the Australian and Victorian Governments and look forward to reopening the... Club for all our members and guests as soon as we can. We thank everyone for their ongoing patience and support and can't wait for us all to have a cold beverage together on the other side of this!

20.01.2022 Happy Birthday to this Legend Maz! Marilyn Fitzpatrick started at the club after a chance call-up more than four decades ago and never looked back. She’s spent the past 24 years working in the gaming room, and is the Face of our Bingo each Wednesday and Friday.... It was back in 1973 that Ms Fitzpatrick’s sister gave her a call to see whether she wanted to help out at the club. She’s worked there ever since. My sister was working there and she rang me up one night and said they were short staffed and did I want to go and help out, Marilyn said. It was all new to me. I hadn’t done anything like it, any kind of waitressing, so it was like going in at the deep end. But she took to the place and has had a few roles over the years. Over the past few weeks during Covid-19, Maz hasn't been afraid of getting her hands dirty and has taken on the task of pruning the rose bushes whilst maintaining social distancing. They say good staff is hard to find and we think we have one of the best! From all of us at the Yarra Valley Country Club we wish you a happy 21st Birthday, enjoy your day.xoxo

10.01.2022 As a consequence of the Victorian Department of Health and Human Services directive and advice recieved from Golf Australia on Friday 27th March, Golf Courses will be closed to all forms of play - effective immediately. Many of you are aware we took the initiative to close earlier for obvious reasons with the safety of our members, guests and the broader community our priority.
