19.01.2022 Hello YVC customers! First of all, we would like thank everyone who has been patient and polite with us over the past few months. We’re stoked to introduce so many new people to this amazing sport/hobby! Please take a moment to read the below message from Ash. Due to the huge increase in customers contacting us during these unprecedented busy days we have made the decision to divert all phones to a busy message when the store is inundated with customers in-store (it’s like a ...panic button). We urge customers to visit us, wait for a key sales member to assist you with the most accurate detail on delivery dates, and only call if it’s necessary. We are not taking any further Service bookings until the New Year. We also urge any customer with a bike on Lay-By or a completed service to collect their bikes ASAP. We do not have space this year to hold onto your lay-by bikes & these add a huge order management problem that makes it near impossible to deliver without some mistakes (we are only human, and mistakes will happen). If you have received a Text saying your bike is ready for collection, please collect this ASAP, try not to collect on Saturdays & be sure to come with some time to wait as we complete final checks. Bike Shortages, Increased demands, Long Delivery Delays & a Covid Re-Opening are sending off this unusually difficult 2020, so please show our exhausted staff respect & be sure to come in, make the trip, we can and will help as best we can In-Store ...
