18.01.2022 Vale PDG Kate Milford. Kate had a distinguished career volunteering and serving the community and Lions District 201N3 in particular, since 1986. Kate served tw...o terms as NSW YOTY State Coordinator. She was also District Governor in 2002-03. Kate’s dedication and determination to help others was recognised by many both in and outside of Lions. She was a Melvin Jones Fellow; Port Stephens’ Local Woman of the Year in 2014 and in 2015 was awarded the Order of Australia Medal for her outstanding achievement and service to the community. Kate passed away in the early hours of Sunday morning, 8 November, while attending the N3 convention at Maitland. Our thoughts are with Barry.

Congrats to both Ted Henebery (Hornsby) and Brian Engert (Berowra) from District 201N5 for being in the top 20% of Constitutional Area VII in service reporting for 2019/20. Very proud of your achievements.

12.01.2022 Today we recognised the significant contribution by PDG Peter Sparnon to the ALHD program with a presentation of a Bill Holmes Award. PDG Peter served as Nation...al Chair for two terms from 2004-2010 and held Board positions before and after. We thank all of the Lions, volunteers and supporters who have contributed to our program throughout the last 40 years. The award was presented by CEO David and past recipient Belinda.
