22.01.2022 Yarwun students are participating in the Gladstone Port's "Active August". Every morning we run or skip to help achieve our aim of running to Hobart. Every kilometre counts.

21.01.2022 Tina from Safe Haven surprised our school with a visit to our school with the cutest little wombat called "Grub". The student council presented Tina with money and packets of rolled oats,raised from our Pyjama Day, to care for the wombats at Safe Haven.

20.01.2022 Yarwun Student Council organised a Pyjama Day at school to support the Safe Haven sanctuary for Australian wildlife at Mt. Larcom. Children donated a gold coin and some bags of rolled oats. The school is hoping to continue collecting packets of rolled oats for the coming months for on-going support for the sanctuary.
