25.01.2022 SPRING 5 Tips to help step into the energy of spring! Theres nothing better than that Spring feeling after a cold winter - especially after being locked away for so long. Lets hope this warmer weather can put a little spring in our step! According to studies is has been known that the earth reawakens from her slumber and explodes new life - makes totally sense right?... Spring is a time for phenomenal renewal which means new beginnings, the start of new projects, a lot more flow and creativity and the chance to plant new seeds (we so need this right now...) Here are you 5 tips: 1. Set an intent for change - start planting the seeds for the changes you want to see 2. Cleanse your Space - Spring clean both physically and mentally to allow new things to show up (Im sure there has been a lot of that during iso but see what else you could decluttering) 3. Bring home some flowers - flowers can really brighten up your home and increase and release more oxytocin in your body 4. Start a cleanse - such a great way to get rid of old stagnated toxins allowing you to feel rejuvenated and energized (in starting a new healthier me) 5. Refresh your bedding - who doesnt love fresh clean bedding?! Get rid of the heavy thick doonas and refresh your bed with a bit of colour. Life is tough right now and even though we can see the light at the end of the tunnel and may have a bit of a road to recover but we will be free soon enough and the wave would have been worth riding beautiful words by @walktheearthwriter

22.01.2022 We can get through the next 6 weeks of ISO - Weve done it once we can do it again! Below are some quick tips to help 1. Write down all the things you want to get done in the next 6 weeks - anything from decluttering, gardening, doing a course, exercising daily. Achieving these will help you feel youve achieved something during isolation 2. Be present - being present can eliminate any stress or overwhelms. Just take each day at a time ... 3. Watch the language you use. Remember negative language can lower you vibration and make you feel more unsettled (be really mindful of this when home schooling too) 4. Enjoy the time with your family as much as possible. You may never get this much time with them again! 5. Practice Gratitude - there is so much to be grateful for 6. Move your body daily! Get outside for walks and keep your body moving Whats the one thing you will do from the list above during this time? 21.01.2022 The importance of setting boundaries and learning to say No. 1. Its important to have healthy boundaries 2. Identify what you need when it comes to your boundaries 3. Define what your boundaries look like ... 4. Overcome guilt when you set boundaries and say no 5. Dont feel you have to explain yourself when you say no 6. Understand where the guilt stems from - was it from always being told when you were young that its rude to say no? Or did someone make you feel guility when you said no to something 7. Trust yourself when it comes to your boundaries 8. Be patient with yourself. Learning to say no and setting boundaries can take time Would love to hear your thoughts in this so comment below

19.01.2022 Im so good at looking after my mental and emotional well-being however Ive made a real commitment to look after myself in all areas - dont get me wrong I have always eaten pretty healthy, I drink lots of water and make sure I nourish my body but I needed something more and something thats going to help kick those after dinner (and sometimes day time) cravings that have increased especially during isolation This month Ive joined an amazing online wellness program called the @health_hub_ thats going to keep me accountable and give me the tools I need to feel more energised, boost my immunity and allow me to add more goodness to my life Does anyone else feel they need this right now? 17.01.2022 This photo was taken a few years ago now, pre motherhood when I was really aligned in my business and felt at the top of my game. I love the energy of this photo and what is represents Fast forward to where I am today a mother to a beautiful little girl and about to add an addition to our family (which I’m so excited for) Don’t get me wrong I’m super grateful for everything I have but things are a little different at the moment - I’m tired, run down and have never been as ...sick over the last few months (I’m also aware I’m growing a baby) and I’m in my head a lot trying to find a balance between motherhood, running a business and preparing for the birth of our new addition along with so much more... To be honest I’m all about self care and looking after yourself as a priority but I’ve let myself slip, I’m only human and I’m going through a big change (I like to call it a cycle) which can be challenging but I’m also taking responsibility and I’m very aware of some changes I need to make to get back on track and start making my health a priority so I can show up the best way I know how I’m still able to show up for my clients the best I can and I want to be real and honest with my community but some things have to change and ok with admitting that So here is a few things that I’m sharing on the hope that if you’re feeling a bit the same it may help 1. Taking the pressure of myself and feel I have to do it all and be a lot kinder to myself 2. Go back to my practitioners that help support my holistic health eg regular Chiro and Accupunture 3. Make sure I’m working through my emotional and mental well-being and keeping my energy in alignment with regular Kinesiology sessions (I have this booked In for next week) 4. Keeping my body moving and nourishing myself with the right foods (also working through some cravings using EFT) 5. Bring more fun into the couple of months with business, life and making the most of being a family of 3 before we become 4 6. Write down a to do list on what needs to happen to get organised so I can go on maternity leave feeling ready for this next chapter If this resonates I would love to hear from you

15.01.2022 INTUITION When I was younger I had a strong intuition but I always pushed it to the side and never trusted that feeling Fast forward to today my intuition guides me when making most decisions in life especially when it comes to business What is intuition - by definition its the ability to understand something instinctively, without the need for conscious reasoning - simply put, you make decisions through feeling it and having a knowing or gut feeling. ... 09.01.2022 ANXIETY - something many of us are going through right now so I wanted to share some ways you can supprt yourself during this time! As we navigate through uncertain times and all feel a bit unsettled I wanted to share some ways you can get through that overwhelming feeling and help you move through any sense of anxiety. Please share with anyone else you think needs this right now

09.01.2022 With so much uncertainty at the moment in Victoria - especially Melbourne it can be so easy to feel even more anxious and overwhelmed when there is already so much uncertainty I encourage you to do your best to stay in the present moment and take one day at a time which will help keep you focused, grounded and centred Its also really important to acknowledge how youre feeling and bring them to the surface so youre not suppressing those feelings which can cause even mo...re struggles Here are some ways to work through your emotions: 1. Be ok with feeling sad, angry, frustrated and trust that you wont feel like this all the time and it will pass - you may have good days too 2. Spend some time journaling and expressing how youre feeling. Its helps dump those thoughts so you can release them from your mind 3. Move your body - Whether thats going outside in the fresh air (I know thats a bit hard with a mask) or even putting your favourite song on and dancing it out 4. 02.01.2022 Officially On Maternity Leave Last week I finished work to take a couple of weeks off before bub arrives and I won’t lie I’m looking forward to putting the feet up (as much as you can with a toddler) and taking things easy before life gets that little bit fuller Even though I’ll still be active on my socials I will be taking things a bit slower over the coming months ... 01.01.2022 We put so much pressure on ourselves and feel we have to figure out what life has to look like to feel fully content but thats not always the case - we need to be able to grow, learn, make mistakes and get out of our comfort zone in order to work out whats best for us. Sometimes we just have to be still, silent and work within for everything to organically work out. Which means its ok to not have everything figured out all the time. As long as you trust in the process and... the learnings and continue to look after you which is most important. If youre ready to go within and feel sense of inner happiness and joy and being ok with not having everything figured out straight away I would love to support you.
