25.01.2022 Happy Monday may you all find the magic in the day. Early trip to the beach for sun surf and fresh air

25.01.2022 Well a New Year presents itself to us. I don't know about you but i always seem to reflect on the last 12mths and see how far i have travelled. What goals i a...chieved? What memories where made. 2020 was definitely a challenging year for many as we had to learn a new normal. We were challenged mentally and emotionally. Some of us who own businesses were challenged literally what seemed overnight to think outside the square in order for their business to survive. But look at all of us know..... we made it. 2020 made us grow in a direction none of us would have thought about if Covid didn't present itself. Yet we all made it. So take a moment on your 12mths just gone and praise yourself for getting through the diversity of life, for achieving one of life's challenges and be thankful that with this change you are better for it. I have two beautiful flowers i have posted. They both have a story to them. The gorgeous hibiscus was nearly dead when i purchased it during Covid. It was my project to nurture and to help give it the best life possible in health. I can honestly say that it has been a challenge as i would get it to a turning point and then it would go backwards. It would grow a bud only for it to fall before it bloomed. I talked to it ... yes i talked to it. I repotted it. I nourished it with goodness and after many months of this up and down cycle of presenting me with a bud to only drop prior to bloom finally the bud stayed and to my astonishment it didn't drop but bloomed. It bloomed 2 days prior to the New Year. And boy what a bloom. My Pink highly fragrant rose is a symbolic one. My life is busy running two businesses. Never having grown roses in my life i was unsure if i would love it too much. As i am pretty good at loving things whole heartedly. It was a reminder to stop and smell the roses. A phrase we all know very well, but how many of us truly do it. When was the last time you stopped, took a moment to be still and truly took in the beauty around you. May it be the new growth on a plant or the beauty in a sunrise. This week it too bloomed its first bloom and Oh my what an amazing aroma it presented itself to me. I instantly wanted a whole garden of them to bath in the beauty and to allow my sensors to absorbs the aromas. So where am i going with all this you may be wondering..... It is to show us that as hard and as consuming life is we must nurture ourselves our friendships and those we care about and to take the time to really appreciate the beauty in the day. Life is a challenge but if we are just be kind to ourselves, breathe and trust that with love, balance and support we can survive most challenging times. May 2021 see you achieve the dreams you dreamt to do in 2020. May it see you move forward with the knowledge that you have strength, courage and ability to achieve anything you set your mind to. But importantly may it see that you create memories to last a lifetime and bring joy to you in even the smallest of thing. So today is a new day. Embrace it for all it is and know this new journey is yours for the taking so why wait go....go now and make your moments counts. Love to you all Kaleena

20.01.2022 Somewhat testing weekend for Yasmin House with everthing going haywire. Candles were choosing to be extremely tempermental in setting. Something i have never had an issue yet this weekend i had to reset them 4 times which took 2 full days to do. Then i was making whipped soap only to have the piping make explode and my whipped soap went everywhere. Oh my what a nightmare. All alone speaking to myself...well no one can say i don't have any patience as i am sure many would... have lost it after the first day.
