In her line of work, clients often ask her for advice/recommendations about how to tackle some of the other challenges in their life. It was from these interactions that Lauren decided to make the video series "I know just the girl..." She has interviewed local women in business across a broad range of industries, and will be shar...ing the interviews over on her Facebook page. 11.01.2022 Sorry for the delay in putting this info up - I am still quite unwell with my asthma :( As mentioned at our meeting last week, the Yass Bushfire Relief Centre is running a fundraiser to help support a beautiful family who lost everything in the fires this year. In addition to the Go Fund Me page, we are also running a raffle with prizes donated by local Yass businesses.... If you are able to help support this great cause by donating a prize for our raffle, please let me know ASAP! Your business details will be advertised on the Yass Bushfire Relief Centre page as a token of our appreciation! Tickets will be available to purchase from myself and Elizabeth, and I will be at the late night shopping event with a stall as well :) - Adrienne

The word Doula comes from the Greek meaning "woman's servant". We are trained, non-medical professionals who provide continuous birthing support. I believe that pregnancy and birth is truly beautiful, that no one should be left feeling that they haven't completed this journey without all the tools (mentally, emotionally and physically).
