25.01.2022 Been a busy week for presentations. Thursday night our Level 3, 4, 5 & 6 gymnasts were presented their medals and trophies after competing in the Capital Country Cup Tamworth online comp. Such a great opportunity for the girls. 05.01.2022 Day 1 of our 2020 Christmas Celebrations COVID style. We had our GymFun and Junior Gym kids perform for their parents via ZOOM :) Definitely a day with a difference. A BIG thanks to the parents who sat outside watching the kids on the screen on an extremely hot & windy day. Also to our awesome staff who helped make the day happen. Stay tuned, we go online again next Saturday & Sunday.

03.01.2022 Athletes aged 12 and over must now wear masks. The rule applies to Greater Sydney, including Sydney metropolitan, Central Coast, Wollongong, Shellharbour and th...e Blue Mountains as shown on the map. This is the latest advice from the Office of Sport. It means everyone aged 12 and over must now wear masks within a gymnastics facility. Exemptions: - When the athlete is doing individual strenuous exercise. For example, if an athlete is doing a routine on the floor or an apparatus and they are alone and socially distanced, then no mask is required while doing that exercise. The athlete is required to put the mask on immediately after completing the exercise. Note: - Athletes over 12 in ACRO and group AER and multiples RG must wear a mask at all times while in the gym. - We are still seeking clarity from the Office of Sport on whether children/athletes under 12 need to wear masks. If the current advice changes, we will update immediately.
