We actually provide evening services for no extra charge (subject to availability of course); and our free pickup and return service is available right throughout the day. Just letting you know that we are trading as usual, 8am to 8pm all weekend- with the exception of Sunday morning where our 4 year old junior technician will be out in the yard on a hunt for some treats. If you've got a tech issue that you've been putting off until you had some down time, feel free to get in touch on 0402 650 935 or through messenger and we will arrange a contactless pickup or remote support.
14.01.2022 COVID-19 and what it means for us: First of all, we're all feeling fit and spritely, and hope you all are as well. As I'm sure you'd be aware, many businesses are letting customers know how the current pandemic and related advice is altering their business practices, so we're taking a moment to do the same. ... First of all, our service remains open and operating and our phones remain on, and facebook messenger attended, from 8am to 8pm. At present, pickup and delivery services, workshop servicing, onsite work and remote support services remain unaffected. We are monitoring our health closely and will immediately cease any in-person contact should we begin to feel unwell or otherwise be advised to self-isolate. Secondly, we now have 2 individuals available to provide remote support services. These are available to anybody, anywhere, and provide a great alternative to onsite visits for those who are self-isolating, either due to medical advice or as an act of "social distancing". We are sanitising all computer systems we work on, as well as our equipment, and the team are practicing regular handwashing, sanitising, and conscious avoidance of things like face-touching (ours I mean, we've always been conscious of not touching client faces) in line with health advice to prevent potential spread and exposure. We ask that all customers who are self-isolating on medical advice or due to feeling unwell to please let us know; we are still happy to help remotely and find that the majority of computer issues can be fixed in this way. We also encourage any customers with concerns about COVID-19 to have a chat with us with any questions regarding our practices in relation to the virus and our internal management of the issue. Finally, for anybody working from home, we are endevouring to offer the most prompt service possible if you are having computer issues to support your change in workflow and aid in minimizing the impact of any issues which arise- if this is the case and you are using personal equipment or otherwise are unable to get support from your internal IT service for whatever reason, let us know and we will try to prioritise your issues as much as we can.

We have just finished expanding our work area here at YTS Home Base and now have a bit more space to take on some workshop jobs in the coming few weeks (until the parts for our even bigger work benches arrive and we have to rip all this back out and build those). We pick up and deliver workshop jobs free of charge within the Yass/Murrumbateman/Bowning area (or equivalent distance from Yass).

In addition to being able to service computers, we can order in ink, toner, printers, hard drives, networking equipment, computer systems, and a host of other computer-related goodies! Orders placed before 2pm will usually arrive the next day, and our usual complementary delivery within 15 minutes of Yass township applies to orders as well, so give us a call on 0402 650 935 or shoot us a message here on Facebook. We have access to a broad range of leading brands. ... As this is a very new development for the business, we do not presently hold any stock and all items would have to be paid in advance and ordered in; however our pricing and delivery times are comparable and often better than those offered by major retailers. If you have a specific system requirement, custom builds are also still available.
