It's a very simple procedure and it will help us get in contact with you if needed. You can scan the QR Code with your smartphone or fill in the paper form (in case you are not familiared with technology).... Other measures have been put in place to ensure all health and hygiene requirements are met. Please ask our staff if you need anything, we are here to help!
