14.01.2022 Children can learn new skills, have fun, play and develop self-confidence by spending time in the garden tending plants and growing their own food. Most children enjoy being outdoors and love digging in the soil, getting dirty, creating things and watching plants grow.

14.01.2022 At Stringybark we added music classes to the list, maybe your child won't be the next Beethoven, but she may have an easier time learning math, practicing good manners (including patience!), and becoming a team player. Music improves academic skills, develops physical skills, cultivates social skills, refines discipline and patience. Also it boosts self-esteem and introduces children to other cultures.

05.01.2022 Dentist Visit: We Invited a Dentist (Luke's mum) to visit the classroom and discuss Dental Health. Mandy Showed children how to clean the teeth and reminded children to have a regular check up to make sure the teeth are healthy.

04.01.2022 We visit the local library with preschoolers. so much fun walking with them and chatting on the way. Librarian reads some books to the children. Children are free to explore the children section and borrow the books they like.

01.01.2022 Discovery bottles are really quick and easy to make, so we put together an interesting selection for children to explore. All we needed was clean glass bottles with a well-fitting lid, some super glue to make sure the fastening is secure, and some interesting contents to go in your bottle.
