06.01.2022 Hello everyone - Unless you have been on an international space mission you will know that we are currently experiencing the most comprehensive travel restrictions ever experienced in modern history and as a result it has been the most difficult and emotional time for us all in the travel industry and my little business is suffering but soldiering on. COVID-19 has certainly made its mark around the world and in an effort to curb it's rapid spread and protect our world’s mos...t vulnerable people the last week we’ve seen unprecedented border restrictions and the temporary suspensions of many cruise ships, tour companies and flights globally. Keeping myself up to date with the constantly changing advice from DFAT, the WHO, IATA and the hundreds of supplier, insurance, airline and ground operator policies that are being released hourly. As an agent I have most of these policies available at my fingertips when needed which help me navigate the options available to my clients. My number one goal is to salvage what I can for each client booking, that being a possibly revised holiday or the best financial outcome available, so please know that I have your back. For those who are travelling past May and may not have heard from me yet, rest assured that I am monitoring the situation and will be in touch in due course or you can email me anytime. So I hope you are all coping well & have enough loo paper to get you through these tough times.
