22.01.2022 Hi Guys Getting the machinery ready for the coming silage and hay season we have had our new High density McHale round baker delivered from John Sanderson Machinery at Nagambie. They are a family business dedicated to their customers and suppling quality machinery and back up service. Damion and Josh have been great to deal with and take the time to answer your questions and deal with any issues. ... We looking forward to getting the new baler out into the paddocks. McHale have a great reputation for reliability and making high density heavy bales from the high moisture silage to thick pasture hay and crops. We will be posting updates of some of the paddock we will be baling through the coming season and some video of the machinery in action.

19.01.2022 Hi Guys Had a great article written up in the local paper last week. The staff at the Standard are great to deal with and very interested and helpful. Look out for our special offer we will be sending out some leaflets in the mail in the next couple of weeks. Stay safe

13.01.2022 Hi Guys Sorry didn’t get any video of the McHale baler at work but these bales are some of the best we have produced. Heavy, even, and great square edges. It makes a big difference reducing the amount of oxygen that is wrapped into the bale with the silage wrap and creating a higher quality silage.

12.01.2022 Hi Guys Thought I would show you the silage being wrapped. This is a great set up and does a great job. The wrapper is run off a hydraulic pump in the engine bay.

12.01.2022 Hi Guys Just an update as we are coming into what is going to be a great silage and hay season. We have great soil moisture and the sun is shining we have been out and about inspecting properties. We caught up with Cath Omalley and John Waterhouse at their property in Caveat looking at a couple of silage paddocks. As you can see it has a great rye clover base and will make some very high quality silage. John has been managing for Paul and Cath for many years and has help th...em to build one of the best Hereford herds in Victoria. The property has been added to over the years and the infrastructure and pastures have been improved strategically increasing carrying capacity and efficiency. Having worked for John and Cath over many years they are always a pleasure to deal with and we look forward to making some great silage for them this season. The Order book is filling up so don’t miss out get in quick give us a call also we can come and look over your paddocks. See more

08.01.2022 Hi Guys Just though I would post a photo of a job we finished for Brian at Flowerdale last week. The new enterance has come up beautifully it helps to have a great view behind it. We use only the best Australian made products and source our rails from a great local supplier Craig From Samaria contracting at Swanpool. These are all one species so are great quality and consistent size which makes for a high quality finish. Give us a ring we can come and give you a free quote

07.01.2022 Hi Guys some more silage out at Yarck today. So where farck is Yarck? Between Yea and Mansfield has some great cafe and bakery’s. It’s a must stop at the Giddy Goat or Bucks both have great food and fantastic coffee. Weather is looking a bit iffy for fodder conservation next week so will be back on the fencing until it fines up. #makenhaywhilethesunshines #johndeerepower #mchalebalers #giddygoatcoffeehouse #bucksbakery

05.01.2022 Hi Guys Lucky with the weather last week grass dried down quickly with a bit of sunshine and breeze. The Krone TC 880 make short work of raking and leave a great fluffy Swath for the baler makes it much easier to get a tight even bale

01.01.2022 Hug Guys Dropped back out to Caveat to have a look at the regrowth. This is the great bonus of cutting silage early with a couple of good showers you have great lush feed and stored fodder for the coming year. Enjoy the sunshine I am off the cut some more paddocks
