Meet Gustavo Chamusca de Azevedo. He is the first of of the 2 newly elected YEAQ General Committee Member for 2020. ... Gustavo is an Electrical Engineer with 5 years experience in power systems. This is Gustavo's second year with YEAQ. Gustavo is an engineer consumed by wanderlust and loves to meet new people and new cultures at new places. He's visited over 30 countries and has lived in 5 different continents throughout his life. 20.01.2022 YEAQ has officially kicked off their annual mentoring event last Thursday 5 March at Hatch, sold out with over 100 mentors and mentees attending the night to meet their potential match. The event and program has been months in the planning and we are delighted to offer another year of mentorship within the engineering community, between young and senior professional. Thank you for everyone that attended and you can expect to hear further communications from us shortly on your mentor match and next steps.

15.01.2022 YEAQ has successfully organised the ' Taking Charge of Your Career' Panel Discussion on 3rd September 2020 with over 150 attendees taking part in the webinar. We were delighted to see the growing number of interest and participants in this event. We hope our members took away some great tips shared by our two amazing speakers. Ryan originally enrolled in a double degree of sports physiotherapy & psychology, and then deferred it and took 3 years off travelling and working in sales & electrical trade. He then returned to university at 21 to studied electrical engineering after enjoying his time working at Ergon Energy.
