24.01.2022 Long weekend this weekend so no training on Sunday. Thursday training will commence next Thursday 8th October from 5PM with First Grade starting their season on Saturday 10th October and Second and Third Grade the following Saturday. I hope to see plenty of keen cricketers at training from next week. Note we have withdrawn our nomination for President Cup and hope to kick that off next season. Molly

21.01.2022 Cricket training kicks off this Sunday 20 September 2020 at LOCO Oval (corner Russell and Alpha Streets) at 1PM. All previous and new players welcome to join our teams for the new season which starts Saturday 10 October (BOIDC First Grade) and 17 October for our 2nd, 3rd and President Cup.

This was just another Friday night at the Dudley for our raffles and beers! 19.01.2022 Hard fought day around the grounds today. 1st played out an intriguing first day against ORC @ Loco. Winning the toss we elected to bowl first, having them 9/113, we let a big opportunity slip as ORC posted 242 all out. A chance less 122 by Dave Hitchick swung momentum back to the opposition. We replied with 5/121 at stumps, both teams half way to a first innings win. Congratulations to Dave Henderson with his first 5fa for the club. And Boggy with 4fa!... 2s posted 225 against ORC at Morse 2. A great dig by the old skip Brad Molenkamp with 73 ensured the boys reached a respectable total at days end. Hands from James Smith (45), and Bill Hornery (25) Aaron King&Belly (19) each saw the. It's post over 200 which will make for Interesting viewing next week! Third grade played perthville and rolled them for 120 and the boys fell short by 14. A big effort from Trace Holmes picking up an outstanding 4-9 off 4 overs. And our big Canadian Jesse Miller took 2 poles! Good on ya Canada! Matty Egberts top scored with 37. Well done boys, and good luck next week!! Here were the first grade boys enjoying a beer with ORC after stumps. Have a great week guys! And come have a look next weekend!

14.01.2022 Happy Friday everyone! We hope everyone is well and has enjoyed a bit too cold off season! As Winter closes it means that the new 2019/20 Cricket season is just around the corner! We do hope you are all keen to get back into another season for City Colts, OR you are interested in joining our club for the first time! We are holding the clubs registration day on the 8th of September (next Sunday) down @ our beloved Home ground, Loco Oval! Juniors are welcome down at 10am. Th...ere will be a BBQ from 12/12:30 and the kids are welcome to have a hit in the nets and on the field! Seniors will have registration at 1pm but are encouraged to come down earlier. Sunday 2pm will be our first net session of the season. Juniors MUST register ONLINE as of this season and we will be sure to help you with this. Just a casual drink and laugh to celebrate the year of 2018 and to wish everyone a very merry Christmas and happy new year. It would be great to see everyone come down but being so close to Christmas Day we know everyone might not be able to make it (sorry we had to make a date and stick with it)!!
