We will meet monthly for a year in which we will share what arises as we live the next year as if it were our last. The workshop runs in Blaxland and explores Stephen Levine’s book, A Year To Live. ... Levine’s book is about renewal for anyone who feels they’ve abandoned or sidelined the life they truly want to live. Meeting monthly for one year and using the book as a guide, the book club will encourage participants to finish their unfinished business and start new practices centred on gratitude, forgiveness, living with more presence and a doing a thorough life review.

15.01.2022 Why spend time and energy considering questions about death and dying when these issues can be put off till later? Because dying well means living well. Deeply examining and answering the question of what it means to live well today will improve your life now. The bonus? Death is ever-present. What is true now is true then.
