23.01.2022 Our historic Yellow House | : @craigeagainstthemachine Did you know that contemporary illustrator #MartinSharp inhabited the space in the early 1970s and began a collaborative artist’s movement called The Yellow House Artists Collective. Artists such as Brett Whiteley, George Gittoes, Bruce Goold, Peter Weir, Philip Noyce, Albie Thoms, Aggie Read and more collaborated and displayed work here ranging from paintings to sculptures, films and interactive art projects. The Yellow House itself was always part of the canvas and the fabric of inspiration, and the collective changed the face of Potts Points, bringing a more bohemian feeling to it, which has remained to this day.

06.01.2022 In celebration of National Eat Your Vegetables Day today, we have handpicked our top 6 fave plant-forward restaurants / menus around the world. 1. The Breakfa...st Club Singapore This adorable home-based kitchen is actually a lunch spot, with vegan ingredients sourced from local organic farms like Fire Flies Health Farm and Green Circle Eco Farm and cooked with love by Jacinda. We love the balcony setting for tucking into the delicious vegan bowls. 2. Café Gratitude, LA Serving up healing elixirs and plant-based nutritious fare with a focus on raw vegan, the vibey scenes here are second to none, and the food will convert even the most carnivorous into believers. 3. Mildreds Soho, London One of the OG’s of veg restaurants in London, this is an absolute stalwart when we’re in the Big Smoke. Don’t miss their delicious Sri Lankan sweet potato curry! 4. Yellow, Sydney This cosy, softly lit, bistro-style restaurant is known as one of the best places for plant-based fine dining in Australia. They even offer a five or seven-course vegetarian or vegan tasting menu. 5. The Shady Shack Bali Tucked away in a quiet corner of Canggu, this is the best brunch spot in town. From smoothie bowls bursting with superfoods to our usual vegan haloumi brekkie, you won’t even miss bacon with your morning fry-up. 6. Mana ! Fast Slow Food, Hong Kong Serving fast slow food since 2012, the HK eatery is known for their signature flatbread wraps, perfect for lunch alongside a fresh juice or coffee made with plant-based milk. Founder Bobsy is a veg-leg(end) in HK, having co-founded Bookworm Cafe in 1998, one of Hong Kong’s first vegetarian cafes. . . . . #UpcycleComms #NationalEatYourVegetablesDay #vegan #vegetarian #healthydiet #meatlessdiet
