01.01.2022 Record Find by Yelverton Truffles. We have just received notification that this truffle is indeed the largest recorded truffle grown in Australia. It weighs an impressive size of 1.172 kilos. It is a perfect specimen with no visible imperfections and fantastic aroma. Our scales were not large enough so it was taken to the local Post Office to be weighed on their accurate scales.
