19.01.2022 This photo of the builder, Peter Fitzallan MacDonald (1930-1919) was given to us by Emeritus Professor Duncan B. Waterson (Macquarie Uni), who visited us in 2004 whilst doing some historical research in Central Queensland. He also sent us this fabulous picture of the Squattocracy, with P.F. MacDonald seen in the pith helmet, 5th from the right, with his wife beside him.

18.01.2022 Stairway number 2 finished! started scraping paint off 31st March and finished yesterday the 9th all magic done by Brooklyn and Eddie Also a picture of all the different colours the handrails have been before

09.01.2022 Number 1 front stairway now finished all scraped, washed, undercoated and two topcoats, started on the 20th March and finally finished today the 31st work done by Brooklyn and Eddie. One more stairway to go!

07.01.2022 There are 17 of these beautiful rim locks with brass makers stamp and turned ebony wood knobs throughout the house on all main doors inside Other side has brass flower and key hole escutcheon and the ebony knob All taken off scraped, repainted, polished and put back on repainted doors by Brooklyn
