25.01.2022 Prue Watson was Sunday's overall winner of the day and the A grade medal with a score of 72 nett. Runner-up with 73 nett was Doug Cattanach on a countback from Bob Berton. The B grade monthly medal winner was Margaret Vearing with 76 nett on a countback from Chris Close and the B Grade medal went to Danny Rosato on 78 nett. Nearest the pin winners were Brian Johnstone on the 14th and Ashley Perri on the 9th/18th. The pro pin went to Jeff Harman. Two matches were completed in... the O'Sullivan's plate event and Gary Signor/Chris Close def Mark Knight/Barry Schaeffer 2/up and Ashley Perri/Doug Cattanach def Bob Berton/Renzo Surian on the 19th hole. Tuesday's veterans day was won by Dave Watson with 41 points from Renzo Surian on 38 points and in third place was Lidio Bisa with 36 points. Lance Gilbert won nearest the pin. Next Saturday and Sunday a stableford event will be played for the Peter Sinca Memorial Trophy. Golfers must play on both days to win, Saturday's competition will be 12 holes commencing at 1.00pm and Sunday with be over 18 holes commencing at 7.30-8.00am. 22.01.2022 Sundays 4BBB was for the qualifying round of the O'Sullivan's shield. The winners of the day with 43 points were Charles Manning and Graham Monk, Ashley Perri and Doug Cattanach came in second with 42 points and in third place with 41 points were Ron Santalucia and Vince Loguidice. Nearest the pin on the 14th winner was Barry Schaeffer, Vince Loguidice won the 9th/18th and the pro pin went to Bob Berton. The draw for next week is Bob Berton/Renzo Surian v David/Prue Watson, Geoff Vearing/Peter Martin v Jeff Harman/Jim Jackson and Margaret Vearing/Glennis Forner v Ruth Monk/Jo Patten. All the rest of the qualifying golfers have a bye. Ian Gordon was Tuesday's veterans day winner with 41 points from Peter Martin on 40 points and in third place was Jake Carter with 37 points.

20.01.2022 Sunday's Guzzlers Mug winner with a great score of 39 points was Peter Morrison, Bob Berton came in second with 37 points and a countback was needed for third place with Vince Loguidice coming out winner from Brian Johnstone on 34 points. The pin winners on the 14th was Owen Hite, Geoff Vearing won the 9th/18th and the pro pin went to Renzo Surian. The ball competition went down to 32 points. Last Tuesday's veterans day winner was Roy Goslett with 39 points from Ray Goirigolz...arri on 37 points. Jeff Harman came in third with 34 points on a countback from Renzo Surian. The overall winner of the day and the A grade medal was Graham Monk with a score of 70 nett, Jason Newman was runner-up with 72 nett on a countback from Owen Hite. The B grade medal went to Margaret Vearing with 75 nett and Owen Hite won the C grade medal. Renzo Surian won nearest the pin on the 14th, Jim Jackson won the 9th/18th and the pro pin went to Lidio Bisa. The ball competition went down to 74 nett. There was no veteran's day competition on Tuesday. The club would like to send its condolences to Jake Carter's family. Jake was a well loved member of the club and will be sorely missed. Next Sunday golfers will be playing a stableford event for the Guzzler's Mug and captains of the day are Mark Knight and Doug Cattanach.

06.01.2022 A stableford event was played at the Yenda Golf Course on Sunday for the Guzzler's Mug, the winner of the day was Bob Berton with 42 points from Roni Santalucia with 38 points on a countback from Rheis Brill. Renzo Surian won nearest the pin on the 9th/18th and Roni Santalucia won the 14th, the pro pin went to Ian Gordon. Low scores were recorded in Tuesday's veterans day with Roy Goslett winning the day with 34 points, Peter Overliet came in second with 32 points and in thi...rd place was Geoff Vearing with 31 points. Next Sunday will be the last chance to win a monthly medal before the gold medal playoff on the 13th December. Members are reminded the the AGM will be held next Friday the 4th December at 6.30 pm.
