After many atempts to lessen and investigate the issue, we have found out that this is a preexisting problem. The building management provided us an infrastructure that after many Council visits, they found out it’s not Council-Approved. We are suffering from people’s dishonesty for omitting this problem when we signed the lease and now don’t want to take responsibility for it. We are also suffering significant financial loss and disappointment from our beloved customers (resulting in low reviews), for having many items unavailable in many occasions or for being closed when they arrived. Please always keep an eye on our page and Google maps, we are always communicating and updating our business hours. We are getting legal advice in breaking the lease and move to a new location. This blog has the best description of it: To put it simply, green mangoes and bagoong is like the Filipino version of salt and vinegar potato chips--except way better. The sourness of the unripe mango is cut by the salty fishiness of the bagoong, or vice-versa. Either way, I discovered it was a sour-salty snack of which I couldn't get enough. All these years my poor tastebuds were in a deep sleep of boring. 02.01.2022 Good afternoon!! We would like to clarify that the only reason we have closed our shop is due to a mechanical fault in our exhaust outlet, which has been emitting excessive smell and smoke. If you have heard any rumours that there is another reason for our closure please send us a Facebook message or Instagram dm stating what you have heard.... We will be taking legal action against a few individuals known to us who have started spreading false information (none of them have ever been our customers) We need to gather evidence against them and how fast their rumours have spread. We would be very grateful if you could just message us saying something like: I have heard that you guys are closed due to xxxxxx. This will be enough. We guarantee your privacy. Thank you very much for your cooperation and shall see you all soon!!
