23.01.2022 Did you know that new Enduring Power of Attorney and Advance Health Directive forms are being introduced from 30 November 2020? It has been 18 years since the current forms were released. Any existing EPOAs or AHDs which were valid prior to 30 November, are still valid. If you’re signing EPOAs and AHDs from 30 November 2020, you will need to sign a new version of the forms.... 20.01.2022 Were doing our bit to help the planet breathe a little easier. We purchased one tonne of verified carbon credits by participating in the Biogas and Bagasse Project. The project involves installing a new power plant at a sugar factory in India. The power plant uses left over sugar cane material to supply the grid.

06.01.2022 To tell a Doctor to withdraw treatment for a loved one is really hard. Creating a road map of medical decisions for your Attorneys to follow is the kindest gift you can give your family. This can be done through an Advance Health Directive, which is a document that sets out your wishes or directions regarding your future health care for various medical conditions, including end of life care.... It only comes into effect if you are unable to speak for yourself because of a terminal illness, catastrophic injury or you are permanently unconscious. Recording your decisions legally in an Advance Health Directive will help lift a burden, ease guilt and may resolve disagreements between family members.
