15.01.2022 We have a new cake today for all those that love coconut. Not only is this cake full of coconut, but it has coconut oil instead of butter, and coconut milk as well. If that isn't enough coconut, it is topped with a coconut milk icing and sprinkled with even more coconut. From someone who loves coconut, this "takes the cake" (pardon the pun)!

14.01.2022 Happy Australia Day. Hope you all have a great day and/or long weekend and stay safe. We will be having a day off ourselves on Tuesday but will see you "bright and early" on Wednesday.

12.01.2022 For all those that want to cut back on 'refined sugar', we have a muffin for you today. Made with traditional oats, butter, milk, cinnamon, and honey as the sweetener, with lots of juicy blueberries. There is a small sprinkling of coconut sugar on the top of each muffin. Not too sweet at all. Yummo!
