We are taking a preventative approach and we ask all clients to do the same.... Please don’t visit if you: believe you may have been in contact with a case of coronavirus, are suffering from flu-like symptoms or feeling unwell. Ring your doctor (do not visit) If you’re needing support, we can provide this over the phone call us on 5528 5333 What can you do to prevent the spread of illness? Practising good hand hygiene and sneeze/cough hygiene is the best defence in the spread of any illness. Regularly wash your hands with soap and water and before and after eating as well as after attending the toilet, Avoid contact with people who are feeling unwell, Avoid touching your face and mouth, Avoid hand shaking, Cough and sneeze into your elbow Social distancing ALL GROUPS HAVE FINISHED UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE

Tea Time at headspace Southport and Qspace/Qplus at the Expanded Horizons Program have moved to a digital format! If you are part of the LGBTIQAP+ community and are feeling the sting of social isolation during these difficult times. We will be primarily we are using facebook and Zoom to continue connecting with our young people. ... To keep up to date on this via facebook, consider adding the Tea Time - Headspace Southport page on facebook and adding the Que Spayce profile as a friend. We are working together to ensure that our groups on the Gold Coast can continue. Tea Time has always been, and continues to be a group open to any 12-25 year old LGBTIQAP+ identifying young people, regardless of whether they're a current headspace client.
