Sprinkle with Tomato & Herb Dip Mix, then place sliced brie or camembert cheese on one side. Fold in half. Pan fry for 2 minutes on each side then bake at 180 degrees for 20 minutes. Serve with greens. Delish!

Ingredients: 1 tbsp vegetable oil 1/2 cup green capsicum ... 1/2 cup celery 1/4 cup spring onion 1 clove of garlic, minced 1 can (398 ml) of diced tomatoes 1/2 cup water 1/2 to 1 tsp YIAH Louisiana Creole Dip Mix YIAH Sea Salt to taste 1/2 cup long grain rice (uncooked) 1/2 cup cooked ham diced 125 - 250g prawns shelled, raw Method: 1. In a medium saucepan, heat oil over medium heat. Add green capsicum, celery, spring onion and garlic 2. Sauté for 2 to 3 minutes or until softened. 3. Add tomatoes, water and Louisiana Creole Dip Mix and salt and bring to the boil. 4. Stir in rice; cover and reduce heat. Simmer, stirring occasionally until rice is tender, about 20 minutes. 5. Add ham and prawns; cook for 2 to 3 minutes until prawns are cooked.

01.01.2022 Gluten Free Chocolate Cake Recipe:- I always double this recipe!! Ingredients:- 125g Cooking Chocolate... 100g Butter Unsalted 100g Caster Sugar 100g Almond meal 2 Tbl spoons YIAH Coffee Rubs (Mexican Mocha/ Exotic Citrus/Australian Outback) 3 eggs Method Preheat oven to 170 degrees Melt chocolate, YIAH Coffee Rub, Butter, sugar and almond meal, leave to cook continuously stirring for about 5 mins. Remove from heat and add the 3 egg yolks only mixing well. Beat egg whites until they form peaks and then fold into cooled mixture. Pour into a round cake tin and bake for 40 mins. This cake can be served warm or cold and has an approx 1 week shelf life enjoy!!
