20.01.2022 Thank you to all that attended our PP&O Annual Reunion on the weekend especially our 1969 Senior and 1979 Reserves Premiership winning teams. Great to see so many people returning to the club as well as the support from all former players and officials from so many different eras both football and netball. We hope to see you all more frequently as the season progresses and for our reunion next year. 13.01.2022 Apologies for the late post on this one but our 7th and final first Senior game player Sam Walsh. Well done to Sam who played his first senior match vs Thorpdale 4 weeks back as a late call up. Sam has now played 4 Senior matches including a final. All the while still eligible to play in the under 16s. This young fella has already been mentioned as a similar player to his many footballing Uncles and in particular his name sake Sam McCulloch. 11.01.2022 Hi all, some sad news, last Thursday night saw the passing of Peter Hillier. Peter played in our 1967 and 1969 senior premierships after coming over from Hazelwood/Churchill. Peter was a tough non compromising ruckman and was instrumental in both flags. Peter was the father of Bruce(pictured) and grandfather of Tyler Hiller who proudly wore Peters number 19 in our 2015 premiership win. Condolences to the Hillier family and be assured your YFNC family is thinking of you..R.I.P. Peter

09.01.2022 Well done to Jai Makepeace who made his senior debut for the club last weekend against ladder leaders YYN. He will be backing up again this week after in impressive debut. 09.01.2022 A huge Congratulations to the 3 teams that represented our club today bringing home 3 Premierships! How good is that?? Troy Makepeace and the Fourths started the day with a big win 74 to Trafalgar 8 crowning them Premiers and Champions. C Grade followed up last years success with their second flag on the trot after a 26 to 20 defeat of Trafalgar. Back to back for the girls and aiming for the 3 peat next year.... A Grade after 16 years or thereabouts won and climbed the Premiership mountain in their 41 to 38 defeat of Trafalgar again. Well done to all players, coaches, helpers and supporters. We are extremely proud of you all and yours efforts today and throughout the season. Get down to the club and celebrate the GF wins and another successful year for the Mighty Magpies. Looks like a few reunions in the years to come
