22.01.2022 It is with heavy hearts that we share the news that the YJFNC will not be entering any teams (including our womens team) in the 2020 season. The committee believes it is in the best interests of the club and wider community not to place our players and supporters at risk as we are still in the midst of a pandemic. Whilst as players we are devastated not to play, we will use this time to continue training and learning the game and we will be back bigger and better... in season 2021! Training will continue Monday: Zoom Theory sessions. 6.30pm Wednesday: Covid safe physical session 6.30pm Yarra Junction oval Any new players interested in easing into the sport or working on their fitness are encouraged to come along! We are strong. We are united and we will get through Covid-19 together.
