25.01.2022 That's the kids comp done and dusted! Thanks to everyone who entered the event and a special thanks to our sponsors- Greenfield Energy BCF Daiwa Salty Captains... Smithfield Auto Tackle Tactics Without the generosity of our sponsors we wouldn't be able to run these events. Finally a big thanks to Justin Bailey for running this event and Ricky Nolan for all of the help in the background. Next kids comp will be held during the xmas school holidays but dont forget we do have kids categories in all of our comps so we hope to see you all at the light tackle slam first weekend in August!!

07.01.2022 Good morning everyone- WOW & THANKYOU to everyone who took part in the Complete Angler Yorkeys Knob Sportsfishing Club Light Tackle Slam we had a massive turnout way more than we expected and for that we are very thankful to each and everyone of you.... With 60 fish raised 34 Hooked and 19 tagged made up of 16 Black Marlin and 3 Sails and the Gamefish of 7 Mackerel, 1 Cobia, 2 Tuna 62 anglers in 18 boats competed is a fantastic result and massive effort congratulations to each and everyone of you. 07.01.2022 Our annual bottom bash comp was a huge success over the weekend with multiple boats bagging trophy sized fish. We would like to thank all of our sponsors in particular our major sponsor for this comp Trinity Petroleum. Without the financial backing of our sponsors none of this would be possible. A special thanks to our team who work in the background to make these comps what they are. All up we handed out just over $20,000 in cash, prizes and promotional giveaways. A cracking... effort and we hope to see you all at our upcoming comps. River 2 Reef is coming up soon where we have over 30 species to target along with additional prize categories.
