23.01.2022 YKH are working for a new company SAIYU CONSTRUCTIONS in beautiful KIAMA completing smooth finish render over block work and concrete. There has been much rectification work to bring the walls flat before rendering, but our team has been working efficiently for the builder to minimise costs. Still much more work to do with 700sm of block work to Complete

21.01.2022 YKH has started a project at BOWRAL for HUTCHINSON BUILDERS to complete 18 villas in Karrara Estate Stage 3. We are using DULUX Acrylic Render Smooth finish on this project. Rendering between finished brickwork is all about preparation to get it right.... The boys have done an awesome job

18.01.2022 YKH have just been awarded the contract to Render at PARQ On Flinders for HUTCHINSON BUILDERS . We will be starting on site next week, and are looking forward to furthering our solid relationship with HUTCHIES by completing another professional job !!!

Our job was far... from easy with lots of intricate detail due to decorative mouldings on our facade. From the moment I met Kaine he took the time to explain to me every detail and facet of how he would finish our home off, his confidence and expertise put me at ease, knowing he was someone who cared about his craft. After that no one came close even though he wasn’t the cheapest quote, he was truly worth every penny! 09.01.2022 Started a 5 level Luxury Apartment Complex In Balgowlah, North Sydney. We are continuing our good working relationship with TQM Constructions. We are completing 1850 meters square of Dincel Panels. This is a very detailed job and we are really pumped to have started. Right now we are working on our build out, getting all the columns/walls straight ready for base coat and DULUX texture Colour Finish !
