21.01.2022 Some helpful tips on how to remove stored passwords from your web browser.

20.01.2022 Hello to one and all, I’m writing to you today to give you all some information that you have been requesting in relation to some issues that you’ve been experiencing with your service from us. As you are all aware from previous emails we have been doing upgrades across the network. This includes new radio equipment, routers, switches, and various other things. These upgrades are all about getting Rural Communities and Families a bigger and better Network that will be faster ...and more reliable. As a result of these upgrades some have gone to plan, and some haven’t in typical 2020 fashion. Due to this some of you are experiencing some issues and some of you aren’t. Jason and the team are working around the clock to try and rectify what some of our customers are calling dropouts. The team are not only working weekdays, but they are also giving up their weekends and evenings to ensure they get things corrected so you can enjoy a fast and reliable service that is similar to the cities. Whilst Jason and the other Tech guys are chasing this, we are also training one of our installers to assist on the helpdesk to assist with some of the issues you have reported to us. Whilst I understand you all maybe feeling frustrated and annoyed with this hiccup in your service, please know it’s not deliberate and we are on the job. I graciously ask that you continue to be patient with us and our newest member of the helpdesk, whilst we continue to rectify things. We also have a temporary Tower in place for a section of the network due to mother nature taking out one of our towers. We currently aren’t able to access this tower and repair it as we keep getting rain every couple of days prior to the team going out to do the repairs, 2020 is still throwing extra challenges at us. As a result, it is to unsafe for the team to do the repairs and get the required equipment to where it’s needed. I would like to thank you all for your patience and understanding during these upgrades. Technology can either be your friend or your foe and we a currently experiencing both sides. We pride ourselves on being different to the big telecommunications companies and want to make sure you always have a connection and not be left weeks or even months without any form of a connection. Please remember you can always call us on 6230 3699 as we are local, we are human, and we enjoy our interactions with all of you. Thank you for taking the time to read this email and please be assured we are working hard and will be trying even harder to keep you all informed of things that are happening. Finally, in the words of Truman, Good Morning, Good Evening and Good Night. Scherie and the whole YLess4U team.

18.01.2022 Streaming Services Issue *The team have managed to get everything sorted in relation to the various streaming services, with the exception of two - news.com.au and tenplay, if you find your having issues with any of your streaming services now in relation to the services saying your not in Australia, please log a ticket through the customer portal and we will attempt to get it fixed straight away. We have had some enquiries come through in relation to Foxtel, Stan, Netflix, B...inge, ABC Iview, 9Now and a few other different streaming services. These streaming services are saying that you’re not in Australia and the services can only be used with in Australia and we all know that we are definitely in the land of down under. We have completed various requests and logged various tickets, through the different streaming services requesting them to correct their information, along with advising them we are in Australia and the IP Address’ that you guys are on are also within Australia. The various streaming services are from what we have been told doing their thing to assist with this. If you find that you are still experiencing this issue, we kindly ask if you could contact your streaming service provider and advise of the issue. Please also note they will try and tell you that your Internet Service Provider (ISP) is a VPN (Virtual Network Provider), and I can assure you we aren’t a VPN Provider. Have an awesome day and stay safe. Scherie and the whole YLess4U team.

16.01.2022 Well isnt the Australian climate wonderful. The pictures here show how these radios are meant to look on the back and one of them shows what happens after two years in the Australian sun. We have sent info to the manufacturers re the issue.. If its not cockatoos eating things then its the damn sun..... The newer radios we are using for backhaul dont have these issues.. But your talking $1000 for these and $12000 for the new ones.. So you would hope that is the case i guess. Either way the link that went down is now back up with the unit that is not broken.. Hope everyone is enjoying the rain.. Stay safe. Jason

15.01.2022 A big Thanks to the Colinton RFS for their letter of support and Certificate of Appreciation
